Pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation no. 679/2016 ("GDPR"), we hereby provide You with the following information on the processing of personal data that will be processed in compliance with the abovementioned regulations. 1. Nature of data and data source
We will process your browsing data collected through the website www.hubnspoke.eu and your personal information that you will communicate to us with your posts / messages sent through the social profiles (for example: FACEBOOK and LINKEDIN) dedicated to the LIFE project HUB'N'SPOKE (hereinafter: “Life project”) or through other communication channels

2. Purpose and legal basis of the processing
We will process your browsing data collected through the website www.hubnspoke.eu and your personal information that you will communicate to us with your posts / messages sent through the social profiles (for example: FACEBOOK and LINKEDIN) dedicated to the LIFE project HUB'N'SPOKE (hereinafter: “Life project”) or through other communication channels

3. Data recipients
Within the scope of the abovementioned purposes, the data may be communicated to authorized employees of Fater S.p.A. and to specially appointed external processors, including by way of example: Social media managers; IT and digital service providers. The list of names and contact details of the recipients of your data can be provided to you on the basis of a simple request to Fater

4. Storage time
The data shall also be processed by computer and telematic means and stored until the end of the Life project, that is 28 February 2023; subsequently the data shall be deleted or anonymized

5. Data transfer to countries extra EU
We inform you that Fater S.p.A. shall store the data on servers located in countries of the European Union, but some suppliers may transfer such data to non-EU countries on the basis of adequate guarantees in accordance with Articles 45, 46 and 47 GDPR, such as the adequacy decisions of the EU Commission, the standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission and the binding corporate rules (so-called: BCR). The list of countries and the appropriate guarantees for the transfer may be provided to Fater upon request.

6. The rights under the GDPR and how to exercise them
In the cases provided for in art. 15 and following GDPR, you have the right to ask the data controller for access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing of such data, as well as the right to data portability. Pursuant to art. 21 GDPR, you also have the right to object at any time to the processing of data for marketing purposes. To exercise the rights listed above, you may contact Fater by writing to the email address of its DPO: dataprotectionofficer@fatergroup.com. If the conditions are met you also have the right to complain to the Garante Privacy or other national supervisory authority competent by law, according to the procedures provided.
